Penthouse saint-tropez

In the heart of Saint-Tropez, the agency delivered the project Penthouse Saint-Tropez: the complete renovation of a prestigious building. On a roof terrace, two apartments had to coexist with elegance and functionality. Both had to be fully renovated, redesigned and upgraded. The first for the parents: a 350m2 apartment with a patio and a terrace with a swimming pool. The second for the children: a 160m2 apartment with a 25m2 terrace.

The Penthouse St Tropez features traditional materials where stone, parquet and solid wood for the decorative panels covered in bronze, are combined with custom-designed pieces of furniture, such as the marble bar. Carefully chosen decorative elements amplify the prestige and uniqueness of the space.
